Interview conducted by Odessa Neaman as part of the LDS Native American Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 14 June 1990. Taosoga talks about her early life in Omaha, Nebraska. She describes her first contact with Mormon missionaries and her baptism into that faith. She was invited to go swimming and was baptized without having been taught and without being informed of what was happening. She also tells about her relationship with non-Indian Mormons and gives her opinion on the excommunication of George P. Lee, a former Mormon General Authority.
